We are pleased to let you know our platform will be undergoing a system upgrade soon. This upgrade modernises our infrastructure, making the platform faster and more secure, and lays the foundation for future product features. You’ll also see a new, more efficient music release upload tool in your artist dashboard following the upgrade.
As part of the upgrade, your artist dashboard will be going offline temporarily.
- When: The upgrade begins at:10:00 Sat, 22 Nov (AEDT, UTC+11:00)

19:00 Fri, 21 Nov (ET, UTC−4)
- Duration: We expect the downtime to last for up to 48 hours to complete the migration. We will notify you as soon as the site is back online.
- Impact: Your artist distribution dashboard will be unavailable. There will be no access to uploads, analytics, or royalty withdrawals during this time. Please consider your forward release dates and upload timelines to ensure you avoid these dates.
- Royalties: We suggest you withdraw outstanding royalties this week prior to the upgrade as you will not be able to withdraw royalties from Sat 22nd Nov – Tues 25th Nov.
